Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

• Polymer is non-returnable. We are not responsible for accidental exposures.

• If you are unhappy with your item(s), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not send item(s) back without messaging us first so that we can figure out a way to make things right.

• Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and are the buyer's responsibility and that means that in the case of sending something back, the return shipping costs are also the buyer's responsibilities. Please ask questions before purchasing if you need clarification on anything. 

• In the case that an item is accepted for a return, the item will be refunded in full once it arrives at my studio in the same condition (unused, no damage) that it was sent out less shipping fees.

• Custom orders (including custom printed transparencies) are not returnable or exchangeable.

• If your item arrives damaged contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and save all of your packaging. For a refund, I need pictures of the item as it arrived IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Most of the orders are insured for their market value, but the USPS loves to deny claims and so the more evidence the better. Please let me know as soon as possible if your order was stolen, lost, or arrived in poor condition. I will then start a claim for the insured amount with the postal services.

Payment and Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled until they are shipped

• Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once they are made

Shipping

• I can combine orders to ship in the same box if the shipping address is the same. This can make you save on shipping fees, compared to shipping multiple single items. I always refund shipping overages.

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• Please allow about two weeks from the date of your purchase to your delivery date.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email
